Using your claim number, you can upload documents to your claim directly through our online application. If you would like to forward documents to us via mail or fax, please contact your examiner for the appropriate mailing address and fax number. We make every effort to contact our Masterpiece^® policyholders within six hours of the time the claim is reported. Your examiner will carefully guide you through the claim process and will be your primary point of contact to answer any questions that may arise. Additionally, your local Chubb agent has online access to your claim and will receive automated updates regarding your claim's progress.
