Hagerty Customer Reviews

Consumer Affairs
5 Stars
“Hagerty is the best insurance company in the industry. Customer service is top notch, pricing is cheaper than any other company, and it is the one I recommend if you have classic or expensive super cars that require coverage.”

Consumer Affairs
"On Dec 8th I make a claim on my covered windshield. It's now Dec 30th and they are still dealing with my windshield guy. The car is a 1968 and they spit out a $600 check and closed the claim. The windshield is $1200! No communication with me at all, I have to call them for the disposition of the claim. Bad faith!”

Clearsurance
“Awesome saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Hagerty insurance to anyone with a classic car.”

Clearsurance

“I’ve been with Hagerty Insurance for many years now and there is no other insurance company that will insure vintage vehicles and collector cars with the value they deserve.”

Trustpilot
“My experience with claims is very good. I've had only a couple minor claims, but the process was straightforward. My experience with roadside assistance is awful. Little or no effort is made to find a nearby tow truck. It seems the pool of companies they choose from is very limited, so wait times are ridiculous.”
